We comply with the GDPR law and share your personal data only with necessary partners such as Post Nord, Schenker and the selected payment service, e.g.: Swiss, Klarna, etc. We ourselves use your data for invoicing documents and possibly newsletters if you have approved it, of course. We save your personal data only as long as necessary.

Cookies

The yarn closet uses cookies, for example, so that you can write the message to us, that the page remembers what you put in the shopping cart, logins, to analyze web traffic, etc. If you do not accept cookies, there is a risk that those functions will not work correctly.

Shipping and delivery

We have a fixed shipping cost of SEK 59 for all orders up to SEK 698. For orders over SEK 699, we offer the shipping cost sent via PostNord or Schenker. The delivery time should be the next weekday if you order in the morning, but it can sometimes take up to 3 weekdays. We ship orders as quickly as possible, usually on the same day.

Pickup

You can pick up your order in Malmö. The address and other information can be found in the delivery selection when you order.

SEK 350 is charged for packages not collected or received. It is not possible to cancel the purchase by not picking up the package.

Right of withdrawal/Return/Exchange

Right of withdrawal is 14 days.

To get a product refunded, the product must be unused/unopened and in undamaged and salable condition, otherwise we will not refund the product.

Send an email to: garnskapet@gmail.com . Describe which product applies and whether you wish to exchange the product or receive a refund, as well as a reason for this.

When using the right of withdrawal, the product is not refunded the shipping cost and you are responsible for a return cost.
